Shahrooz Scampato is the owner of a general practice litigation firm with specialization in personal injury, employment law, municipal court, business disputes and matrimonial law. He is a practicing litigator with over 15 years of experience.
The
primary purpose of the firm is to amicably settle every
action. However if an action cannot be settled as a result
of hostility and/or unreasonableness on the other side,
this firm is ready, able and willing to proceed to litigation.
Fred Shahrooz Scampato is a confident, aggressive litigator

He
is also a court appointed Civil Mediator for the State
of New Jersey.

is an Adjunct Professor in the Accounting, Taxation, Law,
Economics, Finance and International Business Department,
of the Silberman College of Business of Social, at Fairleigh
