I began my practice in criminal law while I was still in law school. Under a special license, I prosecuted cases for the City of Champaign, Illinois. At law school I studied under world-renowned professor, Wayne LaFave and wrote an article for the Illinois Bar Journal regarding the application of the Exclusionary in residential premises. I have handled criminal cases throughout my fifteen years of practicing law in the State of New Jersey. I have been an acting prosecutor for the Township of Edison and have received criminal litigation experience as a pool attorney for the Middlesex County Public Defender’s Office.
Some of the typical types of case that we handle on a regular basis are as follow:
- Felony and Misdemeanors Crimes
- Appeals
- Juvenile (Delinquency)
- Municipal Court (Criminal Matters)
- Assaults
- Drug Possession
- Bad Checks
- Fraud
- Theft
